Whose MTV Crib was in South America? Her parents were famous architects. Aired in 2001-2003 maybe?

I thought it might have been Shakira's crib way back when she first hit the American music scene and might have lived with her parents. It was definitely a female with hair like Shakira but I missed the beginning of the segment where she introduced herself. The house was large but different from most McMansions usually showcased on cribs. It was surrounded by jungle and the terrain seemed mountainous or hilly at least. There were stunning architectural elements and she mentioned her parents are famous architects in whatever country this house is in. The house was mostly made of stone and the interior incorporated the jungle, water features, and the surrounding natural elements. Any help is much appreciated.
