Is it possible to raise my GPA or am I screwed?

I believe I have a 3.2 GPA currently as a junior in high school, but I know I'm going to get practically nowhere with that. How High can I possibly pull up my GPA with only this remaining quarter and my senior year of vo-tech at mercer county and 4 other cles?
