Traveling to Florida - I need advice?

You cannot avoid rip currents because you cannot really see where they are in the water, but if you get caught in a rip current do not panic. Swim parallel to the shore until you get out of it. Do not try to fight it. For the second question I am not sure. Hotspots for computers are plenitful and should not be difficult to find. Lastly, alligators aren't really much to worry about. If you don't get too close to the water you will be fine and if the water is clear you could see any dangers in the water. They do sunbathe on the shore but they will not really chase you too far. They are very dangerous but in 19 years of living in Florida I have never been bothered by one. They aren't really aggressive unless you get in their territory.
