Who was in the right!?

So right I was in cl yesterday, and I hadn't done my homework. Trying to be clever, I asked him 'would you punish someone for something they didn't do' and he said No, and I said good cause I didn't do my homework. Then he got furious, calling me 'an ignorant little ****', grabbed my hair, and started to shake me. I tried to fight back, and dug my nails into his earlobe and spat in his eye, so he grabbed his stapler and started stapling my eye and stuff!? Please help I'm not too injured but he is so angry
