What is the best NES emulator for a Motorola RAZR V3M capable of J2ME?

I have a Motorola RAZR V3M that runs J2ME fairly well. If there is a NES emulator available that will work on it, it has to be J2ME based and come with a .jar and .jad file each. vNes seems to fit this, but I am not sure it has a .jad file. Can anyone confirm vNes or give another suggestion?
