My dog's tooth fell out!?

My 6-7 month year old puppy (maltese) tooth is like shaky, wiggly, about to fall off. I found that out because on the tennis ball he was holding in his mouth, there was a spot of blood and in his mouth too (very little) I was worried and checked his mouth and in the front-ish? (The pointy teeth in the front right) I think it was because we my family and my dog play games we may have pulled the tennis ball from his mouth too hard? I feel so bad for my dog, I don't want him to get hurt or not eat properly because of his teeth? Is it okay? Will it be permanent? Will it EVER grow back? Does small breed dogs have adult tooth grow out later, like humans?
