Mom, arguing and despise her.?

i can still help her financially if I get my own place. i think the benefit of me getting my own apartment, rather than living in the same house with my mother, b/c there will be that distance and fondness that comes with not being nagged 24/7. and less arguing and animosity. so, i will help her financially and get my own apartment. the advantages outweigh the disadvantages! your opinion?
