If I do leave Islam where would I go? What should I do?

I believe in the absolute oneness of God, but I have come to accept things uncompatiable with Islam, such as I am gay and recently came out the closet, I believe that hell may not be real, I believe that there may not truly be a Saytan, I believe that women should be treated as the absolute equal of men, I think that God wants us to live a more free life then Islam prescribes. Any suggestions on what I should do?
