Could this be pregnancy?

i had my i.u.d. removed april 5th. i had pretty much every day the week before it was out and the same after it was removed. i just now read on the website that they don't recommend that for women who didn't have periods while on it since you wouldn't know when you were ovulating and could become pregnant immediately ater. well i spotted two days after removal then a little heavier 4 days after but that only lasted a day or two and it was still very light. i've got the headaches, tenderness, requent urination, fatigue, nausea, and hunger. that one is especially odd to me being that i take adderall daily and up until a few days ago it always supressed my appetite. i had a blood test done last week and it was negative but at best i would not have even been two weeks along, i've never bled at all since 4 days after removal and these symptoms are ever present. how likely could it be? also my ob said i should start having a normal cycle ater 1-2 months and it's not doing anything. shouldn't i be experiencing something by now?
